Andhra Pradesh Housing Board invites applications for the allotment of independent houses in Narsapuram Tadepalligudem Division, Godavari. Two types of houses (19 Swarajyam MIG-II and Siddi MIG-I) being offered by the authority and total 55 units are available for registrations. These units are on offer under self finance scheme of APHB.
The plot area of MIG-II houses is about 220 square yard with the plinth area of 650 square feet while for MIG-I the plot area is about 111.11 square yard with the plinth area of 395.00 square feet. The EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) for both MIG and MIG is 10% of total cost of house.

How to Apply: For registrations of flat, applicants have to register their name by paying Rs. 500/-(Non-Refundable) as an application cost along with EMD(10% of tentative cost of House) of the house via demand draft in favor of Executive Engineer, A.P.Housing Board, Tadepalligudem” payable at Tadepalligudem.
The duly filled application form along with the demand draft shall be submitted in the O/o. Executive Engineer, A.P. Housing Board, Tadepalligudem, District West Godavari. After the registrations, the board will announce the list of successful applicants and rest of the payment for houses would be submitted as per the schedule to be given in the allotment letter.

Eligibility Criteria: The Applicant should have completed the Age of 18 years on or before the date of filling up of the application form.
The Applicants of Swarajyam MIG – II should have an income in between Rs. 25,001/- to Rs 40,000/- While for MIG-I Applicants, the income should be less than Rs. 25,000/-.
