Andhra Pradesh Government has announced two housing scheme PMAY YSR Weaker Section and YSR Urban Housing Scheme in 2019-20 budget. Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy has introduced the AP sate Budget 2019-20 with an outlay of Rs. 2,27,975 crore.
The state government has been allotted an amount of rupees 2280 crore for effective implementation of both the scheme.PMAY YSR Weaker Section Housing Scheme and YSR Urban Housing Scheme 2019 will help in improving the condition of people living in the poor section of the society.
PMAY YSR Weaker Section Housing and YSR Urban Housing Scheme
The schemes have been launched with the main emphasis of building houses for people who belonging to the weaker section of the society.
The target of the scheme to provide better housing facilities to lower income families and the weaker section to live in. Andhra Pradesh Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy has announced for 2280 crore for the successful launch of the schemes. In addition, a total of rupees 2,27,975 crores has been allotted to improve the condition of agriculture, housing, human capital and other sectors.
Eligibility Criteria for the PMAY YSR Housing Scheme 2019
Residents of Sate – The applicants should have the resident certificate of the sate and other states candidates are not allowed to apply for this scheme
Income Criteria – The applicants should have the income certificate or EWS certificate

The candidates should have the following certificate for the application of this scheme
- Aadhaar Card
- Income Certificate
- Domicile Certificate
- Bank Account Passbook
- Address Proof
- Photograph
- Mobile Number and Email ID
