Moradabad Development Authority has started the applications for the Pradhanmantri’s project, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Applications invited from the people eligible for the flats under MDA Moradabad new housing scheme 2018. The process of registration of flats in PM Awas Yojana Moradabad is open and the last date for submitting application form is 5 May 2018. It is a registered housing project of RERA launched under the component of PMAY partnership housing project.
In this housing scheme, the authority is offering flats for ews category which are located at multiple locations. Total 864 affordable flats are available for sale for eligible people can apply. The government is also providing subsidy on the total cost of a unit. Total cost of a unit is Rs. 4.50 lakh of which central government and state government is contributing Rs. 1.50 lakh and Rs. 1.0 lakh respectively, as a financial help.
Details of Flats in PM Awas Yojana
Flats in the scheme are available in the carpet area of 22.77 square meter and the super area of a unit is 34.07 square meter. The a single unit includes two rooms, kitchen space, bathroom, toilet and balcony.
Flats are located in Vill. Shahpur Tigri Ghata-357, Naya Moradabad Yojana Sector-10A, Pocket-1 and Naya Moradabad Yojana Sector-10A, Pocket-2. All the flats in the scheme are available for economical weaker section.
Registration of Flats in PM Awas Yojana Moradabad
The registration of flats in the scheme is not a tricky process. Candidates can purchase the application form cum registration form from the Canara Bank located at Moradabad Development Authority, Moradabad. The cost of information booklet cum registration form is Rs. 50/-.
Completely filled application form to be submitted at Canara Bank, MDA Moradabad along with the registration amount of Rs. 25,000/-.
