The state government of Bihar has launched Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana 2019 online application / registration at edudbt.bih.nic.in for 10th, 12th and graduate pass girls. This scheme has 3 Components concerned with birth of girls, passing their inter examinations and completion of graduation. The main motive to launched Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana is to promote girls education and to stop child marriage.
Under the Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Scheme Bihar government will provide Rs.5000 on the birth of a girl child, Rs. 10,000 after completion of 10th or 12th school examination (unmarried) and Rs.25000 on passing graduation degree. This ambitions girls welfare scheme will benefit around 1.6 crore girls per year. This Scheme is applicable upto 2 girl child of a single family.

- Applicant girl must have resident of Bihar
- Girl should have Aadhaar Card
- Beneficiary should be two girls children from one family
- Beneficiary should have bank account
- If there is a government job in the family then no benefit of scheme will be provided

To fill form, girl are only required to makr online application for Chief Minister Kanya Utthan Yojana. All the applicants are not required to any documents at their university.
