Uttar Pradesh government invites online registration/ application form for COVID-19 (Noval Coronavirus) E-Pass. People can apply online for COVID-19 Noval Coronavirus curfew e-pass at official website of government . Applicant can also track their application after apply for e-pass on officially website.People who are providing essential service as well as citizens can apply for lockdown e-pass before 14 April 2019.
The intra-district passes for COVID-19 coronavirus lockdown in UP would be issued by SDM while inter-distric passes will be issued by ADM. the curfew e-passes generated for NGOs, government workers, essential services will be valid till the entire lockdown period. However for citizens, intra district pass will remain valid for only 1 day while inter-district passes will remain valid for 2 days.anybody who is found misusing this e-pass would be liable for punishment under relevant laws of IPC as well as disaster management act.

- Home page of website will open as shown below
- click on apply e pass link
- New page will open as shown below then enter Mobile No. and click on Submit and Generate OTP option
- UP Lockdown e-Pass application form will open as shown below
- Enter personal details, address, service type, description, place of visit, from and to date and upload recent photograph, ID proof
