Haryana Urban Development Authority has come up with new freehold residential plots in Bahadurgarh, Hathin & Pehowa. Residential plots in the scheme are being offered under HUDA new housing scheme 2016. Total 594 units are being offered by the authority for allotment for which registration has been rolled out from yesterday 21 September 2016.

Of 594 units, majority of 344 units are located in Sector-1 (Part), Pehowa (New Urban Estate). On other side, 132 units are available in Bahadurgarh Sector-10 (Urban Estate) and 118 Units are 118 units are available for allotment in Mandi Township Hathin.

In the above locations, the authority has offering various size of plots including, 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla and 4 Marla, which has different number of units available for allotment.

Applications for these housing units are being offered through online mode from 21 September 2016 to 15 November 2016. Online application for the same can only be filled by using the official website of HUDA www.huda.gov.in.
