Bareilly Development Authority has launched new housing scheme for the allotment of independent housing units under Samajwadi Awas Yojana. It is a new housing scheme of BDA Bareilly. Under the scheme the authority has offering 286 independent housing units for different segments of the society.
The applications for the allotment of these housing units are being offered through offline mode of registration. The estimated area of a plots is around 80.08 square meter. Under the scheme a single unit is available at the cost of Rs. 24.50 lakh and the registration for the same is 10% of estimated cost of a unit.

How to Apply:
Registration for the scheme has been started from the day of advertisement and applications form for the same can be purchased from the bank branches of ICICI Bank by paying Rs. 250/-. The last date of application submission is 26 March 2016. Dully filled applications form along with the registration amount to be submitted at the same branches mentioned in the advertisement.
