Bhopal Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of 1BHK and 2BHK flats in new housing scheme 2016 named as BDA Atal Ashraya Gharonda Yojana located at Shri Pyarelal Khandelwal Awasiya Parisar. Under the Atal Ashraya Gharonda Yojana, the authority has offering 43 flats for lower income group and economical weaker section of the society.
The authority has started the registration for the allotment of flats from today 8 April 2016 and the last date of application submission is 3 May 2016.
Of 43, 37 flats are 2BHK available for allotment and remaining 6 flats are 1BHK reserved for economical weaker section. The super build-up area of 1BHK unit is 386 square feet while the 2BHK unit is available in 537 square feet size. The 1BHK and 2BHK flats are available in the build-up area of 334.72 square feet and 495.39 square feet.

How to Apply: The registration for the allotment of flats has been started from 8 April and the last date of application submission is 3 May 2016. Interested applicants can apply for the scheme through both online and offline mode of registration. The cost of application form for offline registration is Rs. 200/- for 1BHK and & Rs. 400/- for 2BHK while for online registration, the applicant will have to pay Rs. 100/- and Rs. 200/- for 1BHK and 2BHK respectively.
The application form is available on construction site of BDA new project.
