Bhopal Development Authority has launched new housing scheme 2016 named as Gharonda Awasiya Yojana at Barai (Katara Hills) and Navibagh. Under the scheme the authority invites applications for the allotment of 489 flats in Gharonda Awasiya Yojana at Katara Hills. Applications for the allotment of flats are being offered by the authority through both online and offline mode of registration from 09 February to 11 March 2016.
BDA Bhopal has offering 1BHK and 2BHK flats for allotment and majority of 442 housing units are 2BHK type. In Navibagh, total 338 flats of 1BHK and 2BHK flats are available for registration and 141 flats of 1BHK and 2BHK type are available in Barai Katana Hills under the scheme.
The area of 1BHK flat is 350.45 square feet while the 2BHK unit is available in the area of 550.37 square feet. These housing units are available on the registration of 10% of estimated cost of a unit.

How to Apply:
Registrations for BDA Bhopal Gharonda housing scheme 2016 are opened till 11 March 2016. Interested applicants can apply for the scheme through both online and offline mode of registration. The cost of applications form for offline registration is Rs. 200/- 1BHK and Rs. 400/- for 2BHK and and for online registration, the of applications form is Rs. 100/- for 1BHK and Rs. 200/- for 2BHK.
