On the eve of Navaratri festival, Bhopal Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of multi-storey flats in BDA Katara Hills Housing Scheme 2015 in Swami Vivekanand Housing Complex. The project was launched earlier for the allotment of flats and now the authority invite again for the allotment of remaining flats in BDA Katara Hills Housing Scheme.
Under the scheme, all flats are available for Medium Income Group except a single, which is available for Economical Weaker Section of the society. Total 56 units are available for registration for registration which are available in different floors.
The estimated area of EWS unit is about 25.98 square meter and the MIG units are available in three different sizes MIG: 71.31 square meter; MIG Type-I: 66.44 square meter; Junior MIG: 56.43 square meter. While the cost of these flats are different for different floors.

How to Apply: The authority has offering online registration for the allotment of flats which can be done by using the official website of Bhopal Development Authority. The applicants who will fill the online application, they have to submit the registration amount through only e-transaction and the amount in the form of DD/Cheque and Cash will not accepted by the authority. The cost of Application form for MIG and Junior MIG is 250 while for EWS it is Rs. 150/- only.
Applications form can also be obtained from Bhopal Development Authority, Pragati Bhawan, Press Complex, MP Nagar, Bhopal. Application form and registration amount to be submitted at the above venue and the registration amount to be submitted in the form of Bank Draft in favor of Bhopal Development Authority Bhopal.
