Bhubaneswar Development Authority again invites applications from all segments of the society for the allotment of flats in BDA Paikarapur-I Housing Project 2016. The authority again invites applications for vacant flats in Paikarapur housing project. In this project only 120 flats are vacant which are available for allotment through a lottery. The project is located at 40 meter wide road in Kalinga Nagar, Paikarapur.

This time, the authority has offering 1BHK and 2BHK flats for all segments of the society. Of total, the majority of 110 flats are 1BHK type and remaining 10 units are 2BHK. The second phase registration of flats in Paikarapur-I Housing Project has been started from today 27 June 2016.
Applications for the allotment of flats are being offered through both online and offline mode till 26 July 2016.

Interested applicants can apply for the scheme through online and offline mode of registration within the registration period from 27 June to 26 July 2016. For online application, the applicants can use the official website of BDA Bhubaneswar at http://bdabbsr.in.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant must be a citizen of India.
- The applicant must have registered on-line in the official website of BDA and have obtained Unique Account Number (UAN) after successful registration. Alternatively, applicant can create Unique Account Number (UAN) at help desk in BDA office located at Akash Shova Building, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, Bhubaneswar-751001
- The applicant or his/her family members is not the owner of any freehold or leasehold dwelling unit or plot of land within the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar Development Authority.
