Bhubaneswar Development Authority invites application for the allotment of flats in BDA Paikarapur-I Housing Project. This is the third phase of BDA Paikarapur-I Project in which flats are being offered through a lottery process.
The BDA Paikarapur-I project is situated at 40 meter wide road in Kalinga Nagar, Paikarapur in Plot No. 1531. And Application are being invited for the remaining 93 1BHK flats in BDA Bhubaneswar Housing Scheme 2016. This time only two types of flats are available for allotment Type-1 and Type-2. Super build-up area of Type-1 is around 808 square feet and Type-2 is available in the super area of 804 square feet. Type-2 flats are only available on the floor of the building.

How to Apply:
Applications for flats in the scheme can be filled through both online and offline mode of registration within the registration period from 22 October to 21 November 2016. Brochure cum application form can be downloaded from the official website of BDA Bhubaneswar at www.bdabbsr.in and online applications can also be filled on this website.
