Chhattisgarh Housing Board launched a new housing scheme under Atal Vihar Yojana in Raipur for the allotment of affordable flats. The scheme is kind of support towards central government Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Flats in the scheme are located in Gobra – Nawapara, Abhanpur, Raipur.
In this scheme, the CGHB has offering 1237 flats for lower income group, economical weaker section and middle income group for registration process has been begun from yesterday 10 February 2017.
Total three types of flats are being offered for allotment including, Junior MIG-II, LIG-I and EWS-I and the units available in different sizes at affordable cost.

How to Apply:
Application for the registration of flats in the scheme can be obtained from the office of Chhattisgarh Housing Board Sector-5 Sejbahar, Raipur-Chhattisgarh. Completely filled application form to be submitted on or before the last date of application submission, 28 FEbruary 2017.
Atal Vihar Yojana Benefits
Under Atal Vihar Yojana, an assistance of Rs. 80,000/- will be provided to the beneficiaries of EWS Flats and LIG flat’s beneficiaries will get an assistance of Rs. 40,000/- from the government.
As the scheme launched under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, the beneficiaries from LIG categories will get an interest subsidy of 6.5% on the loan amount upto Rs. 6.0 lakh.
