Chhattisgarh Housing Board invites applications for CHGB new housing scheme 2017 for the allotment of flats and these flats being offered under Atal Vihar Yojana of Chhattisgarh. Under CGHB Atal Vihar Yojana 2017 multiple flats are available for sale for registration will start from 10 December 2017.
In this scheme, different types of housing units are available for economical weaker section, middle income group and higher income group. Below are types of flats are available for sale.
- HIG,
- Senior MIG
- Junior MIG
- 3BHK Type Flat (G+6)
- 2BHK Type Flat (G+6)
- LIG Type Flat (G+6)
- EWS Type Flat (G+2)
How to Apply for Atal Vihar Yojana Chhhattisgarh
Applications for the booking of flats can be obtained from authority office and the last date of application submission is 31 March 2017.Completely filled application form to be submitted along with registration which is different for different flats.
For EWS flats, the registration is Rs. 25,000/- and Rs. 50,000/- for LIG Flats and 5% on total cost of other flats.
Under Atal Vihar Yojana of CG Housing Board, the state government provide an assistance of Rs. 80,000/- for economical weaker section and Rs. 40,000 for lower income group.
