Chhattisgarh Housing Board has launched new housing scheme 2016 for the allotment of multiple flats. It is a new housing scheme of CGHB which are available for sale. The chhattisgarh Housing Board has offering around 103 flats for lower income group and and medium income group of the society.
The new scheme of CGHB is located in multiple locations and the flat are available under multiple schemes like Atal Vihar Yojna, Deendayal Yojna at Jashpur and other locations. Under the scheme MIG units area available in two sizes 2041.71 square feet and 155.7.69 square feet while the LIG units is available in the size of 900 square feet. The size of Atal Awas is about 560 square feet. The MIG unit is available at the the cost range of Rs. 21.95 lakh to Rs. 31.75 lakh.

How to Apply:
Applications form can be purchased from the office of Chattisgarh Housing Board by paying the cost of applications form. The cost of application form for EWS, LIG and MIG is Rs. 200/-, Rs. 300/- and Rs. 800/- respectively.
