Chandigarh Housing Board is all set to launch 2 new housing schemes in 2015. CHB will launch the first housing scheme in Sector 53 while the second new housing scheme will be launched in Sector 54 in Chandigarh.
The new housing scheme of Chandigarh Housing Board in sector 53 will be launched before Diwali. This scheme will offer about 500 flats to different categories. The second housing scheme in sector 54 will offer 1500 flats and be launched after Diwali.
CHB has prepared the drawings of the flats to be constructed in Sector 53 and has sent to the administration for the final approval. The housing board is planning to construct 80 flats for the 3 BHK, 180 two BHK and 160 other houses.
The authority is already working on the project on the 128-two bed room flats in Sector 51-A, Chandigarh. This proposed scheme of 128 two-bed room flats shall be on the pattern of Stilts+4 flats and each flat shall have living/dining room, two-bed rooms, balconies, kitchen, store, dress space and two toilets.
Under the new design, there shall be dedicated parking for each flat and provision has also been made for lifts. While the flats in Sector 51 are likely to be constructed similar to other flats constructed in the same sector, the parameters intended to be incorporated in newly proposed scheme at Sector 54 will have new features according to the new technology.
