Chhattisgarh Housing Board launched new housing flats in 8 location of Chhattisgarh. The board offers 1662 flats under new housing scheme and these flats are categorized in EWS, LIG, HIG and MIG category and the flats are launched under the affordable housing scheme of EWS/LIG.
The Board offers LIG, MIG, HIG and 2 BHK flats in G+6, G+5 and Normal apartment. These flats are constructed with free cast technology and the flats are under self financing scheme.
Registrations are open from 11 October 2014 and the last date of registration of affordable housing scheme is 12 November 2014. These are the fixed rate housing schemes launched by the board in the colonies of Durg. Total 1662 units of flats are launched by the board in the different locations of Durg.
The allotment of flats will be done by the lottery system and the flat can be allotted at any floor of the apartment. If the person who allots the flat will refuse the allotment then the board will refund the total amount of registration with the deduction of 10%.
The applicants can obtain all the details regarding to the registration information from the CHB office and the applicants can call at 1800-200-6313 for more information.
