Check the draw result of GDA EWS Housing Scheme Code 845 in Modinagar on today. Ghaziabad Development Authority was earlier announced to hold the draw of today 31 July 2015. Now the GDA is all set to begin the draw of Sanjaypuri Awas yojna EWS Scheme in Modinagar.
Ghaziabad Development Authority will hold the draw for the allotment of 288 multi-storey flats to the economical weaker Section of the society. The list of eligible applicants is available on the notice board of GDA office.
The authority invites all the applicants to attend the live draw and the applicants will have to be present at the lottery draw venue along with their original EMD slip.
For Sanjaypuri Awas yojna, the authority had invited applications for allotments of 288 multi-storey flats in Modi Nagar in the registration period from 1st June 2015 to 31 June 2015. The flats under the scheme are being offered at a price of Rs. 7.05 Lakh at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. The cost of ground floor flats is Rs. 8.17 Lakh.
After the completion of draw of lots the list of successful applicants will be published on the official website of GDA Ghaziabad.
