State run Chhattisgarh Housing Board or CHB will soon launch 5 new mega housing projects in the state with 275,000 housing units to be developed in next 5 years.
Rajesh Munat, housing minister of Chhattisgarh gave its nod to the proposal of the new housing projects and schemes during a high level meeting held last week on Friday, 23rd May. The projects has been designed in keeping the demands and budgets of the low and middle class families.
The board has also planned to seek involvement of private developers/builders for implementing the mega housing projects.
