Chhattisgarh Housing Board has launched another housing project at sector-29, Naya Raipur with independent houses and flats. The housing project constructed with modern structure includes all kind of facilities and amenities.
The project is situated in Naya Raipur and the township is a futuristic township proposed by the Naya Raipur Development Authority for the Administrative Capital of the Chhattisgarh. The project includes 679 independent houses for HIG and MIG category while 2052 EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG flats are on offer.
Interested applicants of these category can obtain the application forms from Chhattisgarh Housing and Development Board. The cost of application form for EWS is Rs 200/-, for LIG is 300/-, for MIG is 800/- and for HIG is 1000/-.
The application form would be deposited with registration amount of 15% of total cost of flat via demand draft, Bankers Cheque or RTGS in the favor of Chhattisgarh Housing Development Board, Head office, sector-1, Shankar Nagar, Raipur or Estate Officer, Chhattisgarh Housing Board, Capital Project Division No-I, Raipur.
