Chhattisgarh Housing Board is offering a total of 3484 flats under a new mega housing scheme for all 4 categories (HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS) in different colonies in Raipur. The applications are being invited from 7 October to 7 November 2014.
Under the scheme, the cost of the flats has been fixed and will not be increased in any condition.The cost of flats starts at Rs. 3.90 Lakh for EWS in Arang colony to Rs 32.71 Lakh for Duplex MIG flats in Pirda, Raipur. The flats are being offered under the self-finance scheme.
The EWS applicants will have to pay 5% of the cost of the flat as the registration amount and LIG applicants need to pay 10% of the flat cost. Rest MIG and HIG applicants are required to pay 15% of the cost as registration fee.
The flats are being offered in 5 different colonies named Pirda, Nardaha, Arang (Atal Vihar Yojna), Macheva Mahasmund (Atal Vihar Yojna) and Saraipali Mahasmund (Atal Vihar Yojna).
