Swapnapurti Kharghar Scheme 2014 was launched by CIDCO, scheme has been closed and result of which is being awaited. The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra may announce the lottery result of the scheme on 29th November. The final announcement of date of lottery will be made day before the lottery. Earlier the draw was expected to be held on November 10, but due to some reasons it was postponed.

Under Swapnapurti Kharghar Scheme, there are total 3154 flats on offer and the last date of form submission was September 19, 2014. Earlier the last date of registrations was 5 September but after the overwhelming response from the applicants it was extended to September 19, 2014. CIDCO had received a large number of applications for the flats under the scheme, about 85 thousand.
Two types of flats are being offered under the scheme in which 2450 are 1BHK flats for LIG category and, the second type of flats are 704 1BHK for EWS category. Both EWS and LIG flats are located in Sector 36 of Kharghar.
Before the announcement of lottery, applicants must check their application forms, which is correctly uploaded by CIDCO, application forms is the main component of CIDCO lottery 2014. If there is need of any correction in the application forms then the applicants can contact the authority at the number given on the official website cidco.maharashtra.gov.in

Its very bad reply all those in cidco its more than 18 day now still we didnt get our deposite money & already they have delayed result so its more than4 months our money it with them. & using it.
