CIDCO Offering 380 Flats for Sale in Navi Mumbai in Four Schemes

City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited (CIDCO) has announced a sale of unsold units at different locations of Kharghar.

According to the source, CIDCO announced a sale of unsold units located at four housing schemes. Nearly 400 flats are costing between Rs. 12 Lakh to Rs. 1.47 crore are located in Satellite City Navi Mumbai. These flats were constructed by CIDCO.

Most of the flats are located at Kharghar and Ulwe for which the allotment will be done through a process of lottery.

According to the statement of senior public relations officer of CIDCO, The sale announcement of housing units is an opportunity for those who are seeking for a house in CIDCO scheme. Housing units in CIDCO scheme are usually cheaper than housing units in private projects which is in the budget of the general public. These housing units were constructed under a policy named as housing-for-all policy of CIDCO.

Sources said the flats had stayed unsold as those allotted them earlier could not make payments. These housing units are located Sectors 36, 15 and 19-A of Kharghar and in Ulwe.

In this sale, 101 flats are for (MIG) Middle Income Groups which costs in between Rs. 69 lakh and Rs. 78 lakh. Another 111 flats cost between Rs. 1.35 crore and Rs. 1.47 crore.

According to the source, the applications for the sale of flats will be available from 17 October to 30 November 2016 and application form will be available at the cost of Rs. 200/- at CIDCO Bhavan, Raigad Bhavan in CBD Belapur. Dully filled application form to be submitted between October 18 and December 12.
