Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the draw result of housing scheme 2019 for allotment of flats to applicants. The lottery draw will be based on random number generation system and held in the presence of judges and senior officials of the Delhi Development Authority.
The Scheme is sale of nearly 18,000 newly built flats in Delhi Vasant Kunj and Narela residential areas. About 50,000 applications has been received by the DDA for this housing scheme 2019.
The DDA Housing Scheme 2019 was launched on 25th March 2019, offering flats for four categories 488 (HIG), 1,555 (MIG), 8,383 (LIG) and 7,496 (EWS) categories peoples. The deadline for application was extended by a month till 10th June after it received a not so encouraging response.

The DDA housing scheme draw result process will be streamed live on the website through the DDA officially website. DDA flat applicants can watch the live telecat of the lucky draw through web streaming on DDA website.
Applicant can also visit Delhi Development Authority (DDA) headquarters at Vikas Sadan and watch the live proceedings at the Nagrik Suvidha Kendra.

Under the DDA Housing Scheme 2019 about 18,000 newly built flats were put on sale in Delhi Vasant Kunj and Narela residential area. The flats will be allotted only through lottery system and the application money will be refunded later on to unsuccessful applicants.
