Demand survey for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Ghaziabad has been started and this is an opportunity for the people who were waiting to apply for GDA new housing scheme 2017. The process of filling the application form under PMAY Ghaziabad demand survey has been started and interested applicants can apply before the last date 10 November 2017.
A meeting was conducted between the official of Ghaziabad development authority regarding to start the demand survey of PM Awas Yojana and officials have been directed to start the demand survey so that actual demand of housing in a particular area can be found.
The allotment of housing units under the scheme will be made through draw of lots. Application form for the same will be available in GDA offices and bank branches listed below:
- HDFC Bank Rajjanar
- OBC Bank Lohia Nagar
- Vijaya Bank Navyug Market
- PNB Bank Ambedkar Road
Cost of of application form is Rs. 50 which to be submitted in the same place.
The construction of housing units is proposes in Madhuban Bapudham Scheme, Koyal Enclave, Indraprastha Yojana and Pratap Vihar schemes. The cost of housing unit will be Rs. 4.50 lakh. The central and state government will provide a subsidy of Rs 2.5 lakh to the beneficiary and the beneficiary will have to submit only Rs 2.0 lakh as a cost of house and this payment to be made through easy installments.
