After a long wait, the Ghaziabad Development Authority has announced a date for conducting a lottery draw result of GDA Koyal Enclave Housing Scheme 2016. To announce the draw date, the authority has published a notification on the GDA Ghaziabad official website.

According to the publication, the lottery draw of GDA Koyal Enclave Flat Scheme 2015 will be held on 4 August 2016 at GDA, Community Centre, Kavinagar Ghaziabad.
The list of applicants registered for the scheme is available on the website and the authority invites all the registered applicants to check the information filled in the applications form. The applicants can contact the authority within 22 July to 25 July 2016 for any kind of correction or error in the applications form, if any. The registrations for Koyal Enclave Samajwadi Awasiya Yojana Scheme Code 847 and property code 61J (1BHK) and 62J (2BHK) were invited from 9 October 2016 to 31 December 2015.
