GDA Koyal Enclave Housing Scheme 2015
Ghaziabad Development Authority has once again launched a new housing scheme under Samajwadi Awas Yojna. GDA is inviting applications for allotment of 504 multi-storey flats under the new Koyal Enclave Housing Scheme 2015. The announcement regarding the scheme was made earlier in May.
Registrations for the Koyal Enclave housing scheme will open on 9 October 2015 and the last date of the registrations would be 30 November 2015. There are a total of 504 flats under the scheme out of which 216 are 1BHK and 288 are 2BHK flats.

The flats are being offered on the plot number 11 and 12 under the Koyal Enclave Awas Yojna in Ghaziabad. The cost of 1BHK and 2BHK flats is 17.465 Lakh and 23.665 Lakh respectively. The rate of allotment is Rs. 2,995/- all inclusive.

How to Apply for GDA Koyal Enclave Housing Scheme?
The applications for the GDA new housing scheme under Koyal Enclave Awas Yojna are being invited through both offline and online modes.
The scheme brochure and the application forms can be purchased from the following bank branches by paying Rs. 500/-. The filled application forms along with the registration amount can be submitted into the same bank branches by 30 November.
Online Application Procedure
Online applications for GDA Koyal Enclave Housing scheme will be invited through the official website of GDA Ghaziabad. The interested candidates can visit “New Property” link on www.gdahaziabad.com. The cost of the online application will be Rs. 500/- which can be paid via the Debit/Credit Card or Netbanking.
The applicants can also pay the application fee and registration amount offline. In this case he/she have to select offline payment option during the online application. The registration amount and application fee then can be deposited in any bank branch of ICICI bank through RTGS/NetBanking/Draft between 9 October and 30 November till evening 5PM.
Payment Options
The successful applicants will have to pay only 20% of the cost of the flat till the allotment and rest of the amount can be paid in 12 easy quarterly installments. The housing loan facility is also available through several bank branches.
