Ghaziabad Development Authority has come up with a new housing scheme in its Madhuban Bapudham Awasiya Yojna for allotment of 2BHK, 3BHK and 3BHK+Study Room flats. The authority is offering instant allotment of the flats under first come first serve basis.
The applications for the scheme will be invited from 30 November 2015. GDA Ghaziabad will hold special camps for the allotment of the flats under this scheme. The first camp will be hold on 5 December between 11:00AM to 3:00PM. The allotment of the flats will be done on the same day to the eligible applicants.
Ghaziabad Development Authority is offering 2BHK, 3BHK & 3BHK+Study flats of both type A and type B category. However the total number of flats is not disclosed yet but will be available in the scheme brochure.

GDA is charging 10% of the cost of the flat as registration amount from general category and 5% from the reserved category. The registration fee is Rs. 50/-. The applicants also have to pay Rs. 2.50 Lakh extra as parking charges and service tax according to the norms.
How to Apply for GDA Madhuban Bapudham Flat Scheme
The application forms and the scheme brochure can be purchased from the official website of Ghaziabad Development Authority at www.gdaghaziabad.com or can be purchased from the office of GDA at a cash payment of Rs. 1100/-. A bank draft of Rs. 1100/- has to be attached with the downloaded application form while submitting it.
If GDA receives more than one application for the single unit in its Madhuban Bapudham housing scheme, the allotment will be done on the basis of lottery draw. The registration amount of unsuccessful applicants will be returned instantly after the lottery draw.
Finance facility is also available for the registration amount and home loan from several banks.
