Ghaziabad Development Authority has come up with its ambitious new housing scheme, GDA Madhuban Bapudham Housing Scheme 2016 for the allotment of 392 Flats. Flats in GDA Madhuban Bapudhan Yojana are being offered under UP Government Samajwadi Awas Yojana.

GDA new housing scheme is located at Pocket-F of Madhuban Bapudham. The project is just 10 minutes away from metro station and 20 minutes away from Delhi.
The authority has offering 2BHK flats in the scheme and applications for flats are being offered through offline mode of registration from 25 July to 9 September 2016.
Flat in the scheme are available in four blocks including, Block-A, Block-B, Block-C and Block-D. Block-A comprises of 2BHK flats in S+13 type building while the other three blocks are S+12 type which also includes 2BHK units. The super build-up area of a single unit is around 834.31 suare feet.

How to Apply/ Application Procedure for GDA Scheme 2016 under Samajwadi Awas Yojana 2016:
Registrations for GDA new housing scheme 2016 will start from 25 July 2016, brochure along with the applications form cna be purchased from the authorized bank branches of ICIC Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Punjab National
Bank State Bank of India, Allahabad Bank, Yes Bank and UCO Bank by paying Rs. 500/- as a cost of application form.
Dully filled application form in all respect to be submited in the same bank branches along with registration amount.
