Ghaziabad Development Authority has launched yet another scheme in Indirapuram where it is offering a total of 370 multi-storey flats. The authority is offering 2BHK, 2BHK Delux, 3BHK and 4BHK apartments under the scheme at a location which is 2 Km. from Mayur Vihar, 3.5 Km. from Akshardham Temple, 1 Km. from Anand Vihar and just 200 meters from sector 62 Noida. The Indirapuram site is also located in close proximity to the proposed metro station.

Under the scheme, GDA is offering 157 4BHK flats which is the highest among all categories. The prices of the flats starts from 52.79 Lakh for 2BHK flats to 84.53 Lakh for 4BHK flats. The applications for the Indirapuram scheme are being invited through the online mode from 1st November. The last date of application registration is 31st December.
The cost of the application form is Rs 1100/- which is to be deposited along with the registration fee. For online registrations, the applicants will have to pay 10% of the flat amount as the registration cost. 10% amount of the total cost of flat will be required to deposit at the time of flat allotment and rest 80% in easy quarterly installments.
The authority will give 5% discount on the flat cost if the applicant deposit the full amount within 60 days after the allotment. EDC, PLC, Corner Charges and generator charges are already included into the basic price of the flat.

Will Bank finance the application money for this GDA project. As application money demanded by department is too high & i suppose it is better if it could be financed.

there is no big space left in niti khand, nyay khand, gyan khand, abhay khand, vaibhav khand and in Shakti khand. I think it would be near shipra mall as lot of space is available there and it is clearly indicated 200 metre away from purposed metro station of Noida sec-62. So I think i will be very near to NH-24………

I had registered in this scheme Nyay khand 1 indirapuram scheme in November 2014.In 2016 GDA informed me my name in the successful candidate after that they informed, GDA has changed its location Nyay Khand 1to Indirapuram vistar yojna without mentioning any reason and asked for payment by May 2016. In September 2017 they informed this scheme withdrawn by GDA and if you want opt for Madhuvan Bapudham or get your money back deposited with GDA. Big cheating by GDA .This is huge harrasment by GDA of those waiting for flat in last about 3 yr.
