Ghaziabad Development Authority has announced good news for those people who have not yet been applied for GDA Indraprastha Awas Yojna. The Good news is that the Authority has extended the last date of registration for GDA Indraprastha Housing Scheme.
Earlier the last date of application submission was 10 April 2015 that mean tomorrow, but on the request of general public the authority has extended the last date from 10 April to 30 April 2015.The Scheme had been started on 10 March 2015 under UP Government Samajwadi Awas Yojna.
Total 888 1BHK & 2BHK flats are on offer in the scheme for all categories of the society. Out of total units, 666 are 2BHK, which are available in two different sizes 745 square feet and 783 square feet while the remaining 222 units are 1BHK.
The cost of 1BHK is Rs. 15.26 lakh with the registration amount for general category is Rs. 40,050/- while for reserved category the registration amount is Rs. 20,050/-.
