Housing Board Haryana is inviting registrations/earnest money deposit from the unsuccessful applicants of flats scheme in sector 9 in Bahadurgarh for the fresh draw of lots. The decision was taken after the draw of lots held on 27th August 2010 was challenged in High court and High court set it aside. The court has instructed the Housing board to conduct fresh draw of lots to give an equal opportunity to the unsuccessful applicants if they are willing to participate and deposit the earnest money.
The board has issued registration/demand letters to all 28873 unsuccessful applicants whose addresses were available enclosing the registration from including their old registration number, old provisional registration number and postal bar-code. The letters have been sent by the speed post. In case the applicant do not receive the letter, he/she can download the application form from the official website of Housing Board www.hbh.nic.in and deposit the earnest money.
The complete data of the original applicants have also been uploaded on the website of housing board including those who are required to apply with earnest money and those who are not required to apply again. The list contains a total of 35369 applicants and can be accessed using the links below.

The above lists also contains the old registration numbers and provisional registration numbers of the applicants which has to be filled in the new application form. The applicants can deposit the registration earnest money of 69000/- on ore before 8th December 2014 in the earlier empaneled bank branches of State Bank of India, Andhra Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank or Haryana Gramin Bank to be considered for the fresh draw of lots.
