West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation (WBHIDCO) launched a new housing scheme for the sale of residential plots and cooperative plots in Action Area-IIB, New Town, Kolkata. Under WB HIDCO Lottery 2017, total 75 plots are being offered for allotment of which 58 are individual plots or residential plots and 17 are available for cooperative societies. The name of the scheme is AA-IIB/L/2017 for online application and registration has been started from today 31 January 2017.

These plots are available for HIG and MIG categories under WBHIDCO Plot Lottery 2017 and the allotment of thee housing units will be done through a lottery process under the West Bengal Co-operative society Act-2006 on 99 years lease.
