Housing Board Haryana is going to conduct the lottery draw result of HBH Panchkula Sector-31 Defence Scheme 2016-17 for the allocation of flats and housing units to Ex-defence and para military category. The list of applicants for Category-A and Category-B flats has been uploaded on the official website of Housing Board Haryana.
The lottery draw result of multi-storey flats for ex-defence and para military personnel under Housing Board Haryana Panchkula Sector-31 flat scheme 2016-17 will be declared on 21 august 2017 and list of eligible applicants who will be included in the lottery programme can be accessed by following the links below:

The draw result will be conducted for 57 Type-A & 111 Type-B flats for serving/Ex Defense and Para
Military personnel of Haryana up to the rank of JCO’s. Applications for the sale of flats in the scheme were invited from 1 November 2016 yo 28 February 2017 and due to getting less response, the registration were again opened from 20 April 2017 to 19 May 2017.
Venue for the draw result is the office of Housing Board Haryana, C-15, Awas Bhawan, Sec-6, Panchkula.
