Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran(HSVP), formerly know as Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) released the list of commercial properties in respect of Gurugram, Faridabad, Rewari, Hisar, Rohtak and Panchkula Zone at official website.Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) has identified commercial plots of 22.96 sq. meter area, booth without basement with storage of 1st floor (2.75 X 8.25).
A meeting of chief administrator of Haryana Shahri Pradhikaran (HSVP) with other administrators and estate officers across the state would be held on June. The officials are likely to discuss various issues relating to the Online Auction for approval.
HSVP administrator Jitender Yadav, said that a committee has been formed to identify and vet the plots that shall be put on auction so that the possession can be handded over to the owners at the earliest. In Gurugram, the authority has identified commercial plots in Sector -4,5,9, 9-A, 10, 10-A, 15, 38, 39. These commercial Plots include booths, kiosks and shop cum commercial offices in the markets developed by the HSVP.
