Haryana Urban Development Authority invites applications from public for the allotment of residential plots in Rohtak and Mahendergarh. The authority launched HUDA New Plot Scheme 2016-17 under which the these residential plots are offered for allocation.

The scheme comprises of 459 residential plots available in Sector-9A, 10 & 11(P) Mahendergarh and Sector-21 Rohtak. And the application for these housing units are being offered through online mode of registration.
HUDA Freehold Residential Plot Scheme 2017 at Mahendergarh, Haryana
At Mahendergarh location only 105 residential plots are for general and reserved category. The variety of sizes are 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla and 6 Marla. From total only 16 units are reserved for Oestees Quota and remaining 89 are for general and reserved category.

How to Apply:
Application can only be filled through online mode and the link for online registration is available on HUDA’s official website from 28 December 2016 to 17 February 2017. After filing online application, generate the challan for submitting the registration amount. The registration amount is 10% of tentative cost of a single units. And complete payment procedure is mentioned in the information booklet of the scheme which is linked below.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants should be resident of India.
- The age of applicants should be completed the limit of 18 years.
- The applicants of reserved Category should be from Haryana.
