On the celebration of New Year Eve 2018, Haryana Urban Development Authority launched HUDA residential plot scheme 2018 for BPL families. HUDA Karnal Plot Scheme 2018 is offering residential plots at Sector-16 and Balmiki Basti Sector-12 Karnal. It is a new housing scheme 2018 launched by HUDA Haryana for BPL families and registration process for the booking of plots has been started from today 4 January 2018 and the last date of submitting the application form is 5 February 2018.

Applications for the allotment of residential plots in HUDA Karnal Plot Scheme 2018 are being invited from BPL families and occupants of Balmiki Basti through offline mode and complete application procedure for the registration is given below.
HUDA BPL Plots Scheme 2018 – Details of Plots
Under the BPL plot scheme of HUDA, the authority is offering 424 residential plots for people living in Balmiki Basti and BPL families. Total two types of plots are available for sale including, 2 Marla and 3 Marla.

Application are being invited through offline mode of registration and interested applicants can purchase the prescribed application form containing terms and conditions from the Office of Estate Officer, HUDA, Karnal by paying a cost of Rs. 50/-. After purchasing the form for HUDA BPL plot, applicants will have to fill it with accurate details and dully filled form to be submitted in the same bank branches along with earnest money deposit / registration amount which is 10% of tentative cost of a unit.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Permanent resident of Haryana having state domicile can apply for the scheme.
- Annual income of the family should be less than Rs. 3,00,000/- (inclusive of income of husband/wife/dependent children).
- The applicants who do not own a residential plot / house in Haryana State in his / her name, spouse’s name or in the name of any dependent family members.
- All group D’ Haryana Govt. Employees; Employees of its Boards & Corporations; Employees of Municipal Corporations/Committees; Improvement Trust and Co-operalive banks of Haryana Govl. are eligible to apply.
