The authority recently closed its running plot scheme in Bahadurgarh, Hathin & Pehowa in which 594 residential plots were offered. Now the authority again invites applications for freehold residential plots in Rohtak and Mahendragarh.
HUDA Rohtak Residential Plot Scheme 2016
HUDA plot scheme 2017 at Sector-21 Rohtak offering 105 residential plots which comprises a size of 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla, and 4 Marla. Of total, 314 housing units are available for general and reserved category and rest of units are for oustees quota.

How to Apply:
Application for residential plots can only be filled through online mode from 28 December 2016 to 17 February 2017. The link for online registration is available on HUDA’s official website can be filled from there. After filing online application, generate the challan for submitting the registration amount. The registration amount is 10% of tentative cost of a single units. And complete payment procedure is mentioned in the information booklet of the scheme which is linked below.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants should be resident of India.
- The age of applicants should be completed the limit of 18 years.
- The applicants of reserved Category should be from Haryana.
