Jagriti Vihar New Housing Scheme 2016: The Development Authority of Allahabad invites applications for the allotment of 370 houses under Jagriti Vihar New Housing Scheme 2016 at Kalindipuram. Jagriti Vihar Affordable Housing Scheme 2016 is launched under UP Government Samajwadi Awas Yojna by ADA Allahabad. The applications for the registration of flats are being offered through offline mode of registration from 1 January to 30 January 2016.
Under the Jagriti Vihar Housing Scheme 2016 of ADA Allahabad, total 370 flats are being offered by the authority. The new scheme comprised of two category of flats including Category-I and Category-II. In the Category-I, 82 flats are available for Medium Affordable Income Group while in Category-II, 288 flats are available for Mini Medium affordable Income Group.
The estimated build-up area of Category-I flats is about 67.80 square meter while Category-II flat is spread over the build-up area of 54.30 square meter. The estimated cost of Category-I and Category-II flat is about Rs. 23.75 lakh and Rs. 17.80 lakh. Category-I type of flats are available in seven-story building while Category-II flats are constructed in four-story-building.

Application Procedure for ADA Jagriti Vihar Kalindipuram Housing Scheme 2016: The application form for registration can be purchased from the bank branches of ICICI Bank by paying the cost of application form. The registration for Jagriti Vihar Housing Scheme is opened till 30 January 2016.
