Jodhpur Development Authority will soon come up with a new housing scheme named as Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana for economical weaker section and lower income group. A meeting was organised by officer Kailashchand Meena in which the official announced the CM Awas Yojana for Badli Area in Khasra no-88.
According to the information, around 3120 houses would be constructed under the scheme. Of total, 2224 houses would be available for Economical weaker section and 896 houses for lower income group of the society. According to the information received from the source, the scheme has a provision of providing a house at Rs. 3.90 for EWS and LIG houses would be provide at Rs. 6.0 lakh.
An assistance of Rs. 1.50 lakh would be provided to each beneficiary under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and a relaxation of 6.50 % on interest would also provided on home loan. These houses in Badli would be constructed over the area of 891 square feet.
