After the allotment of plots in Arna Vihar Scheme, Jodhpur Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of 791 residential plot in Jharna Vihar New Residential Plot Scheme 2016. Under the scheme the authority has offering residential plots for all segment of the society. JDA new plot scheme is located at the prime location of Jharna Vihar very close to Jodhpr-Jaisalmer National Highway Bypass Road near Arna-Jharna Choraha.

Applications for the allotment of plots are being offered through offline mode of registration from 12 March 2016 and the last date of application submission is 13 May 2016. However the sale of applications form will be closed on 29 April 2016.
Under the Jharna Vihar Awasiya Yojana, the authority has offering 791 residential plots in the size range of 48.42 square yard to 448.33 square yard.

How to apply for JDA Jodhpur Jharna Vihar residential plot scheme 2016
The application forms for JDA new scheme can be purchased from the designate bank branches of Axis Bank at the cost of Rs. 500/- from 12 March till 29 April 2016. Dully filled applications form can be submitted to the same bank branches by 13 May 2016 along with the registration amount. The registration amount to be submitted in the shape of demand draft favoring Secretariat, Jodhpur Development Authority, Jodhpur.
Income Criteria for the Applicant
Eligibility Criteria for JDA Jharna Vihar Awasiya Yojana:
- Applicants should be a resident of Rajasthan.
- Applicants should complete the age of 18 years.
- Applicants should have a bank account in any bank in India.
- Applicants should have a PAN Card.
