Jodhpur Development Authority has come up with three residential plot scheme for the sale of multiple housing units located in various locations of Jodhpur. These Scheme are JDA Anand Vihar Awasiya Yojana, Ganga Vihar Awasiya Yojana and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Vihar Awasiya Yojana. In these housing scheme total 1716 residential plots are being offered for sale, for offline and online registrations has been stated.
JDA Jodhpur Pt. Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Vihar Housing Scheme 2017
In JDA Jodhpur Pt. Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Vihar housing scheme, JDA has offering 247 plots for EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG category of the society. Interested applicants can apply for JDA Jodhpur new residential plot scheme through online mode from the official website of JDA. In this housing scheme, various size of residential plots are available for sale and details of plots are given below:

Application Procedure / How to Apply
Interested applicants can fill the application form for Deendayal Upadhyaya Vihar housing scheme from the official website at www.jodhpurjda.org. And the details in the application form should be filled in the proper way as mentioned in the scheme information booklet. And after final submission of application form, payment can be made through both online and offline mode. Online payment can be made through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking and for offline payment, applicants will have to generate the challan which to submitted in the associated bank branches.
Applicants can also register for the scheme through offline mode by purchasing the application form from the associated bank branches and the list of bank branches for sale and receipt of application form is available in the information booklet linked below. The cost of application form is Rs. 500/-.
Eligibility Criteria:
The age of applicant should be 18 years
He/she should be a resident of Rajasthan.
The applicant should have an active bank account to apply for the scheme.
The applicant should also have PAN card.
