Karnataka Housing Board invites applications for the allotment of plots in Bagepalli Town. The scheme is launched under the KHB Lottery 2015-16. The project is joint venture with M/s S.R Estate, Bangalore. Notification for the allotment of plots was issued on 30 October 2013 through lottery.
Under the scheme total 271 plots are available for Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group, Medium Income Group and Higher Income Group of the society. Out of total maximum units 235 are available for LIG while for MIG category only four units are available.
How to Apply: Applicants can purchase the applications form from the following bank branches by paying the cost of application form Rs. 50/-. Registration for the scheme has been started from 28 April 2015 and the last date application deposit with registration amount and initial deposit is 20 June 2015.

Duly filled application form will be submitted in the same branches with Registrations amount and Initial deposit in favor of KHB-SR Estates ESCROW Account Number: 014401601000918, IFSC Code-CORP0000144. The amount can also be submitted via demand draft/Chalan at the above bank branches.
Registration fees for EWS category is Rs. 550/- while for LIG, MIG & HIG category it is Rs. 1050/-. The Initial deposit for EWS category is Rs. 25,000/-; For LIG it is Rs. 75,000/-; For MIG & HIG the initial deposit amount is Rs. 1,00,000/-.
