KDA Kanpur Highway City: Kanpur Development Authority invites applications from the general public for the allotment of residential plot under its new housing scheme 2015-16 named as KDA Highway City Lottery. Under the Highway City Yojna the authority has offering 255 residential plots through draw of lots.

The applications for the allotment of plots under KDA Highway City Yojna are being offered through offline mode of registration from 21 December 2015 to 7 January 2016. The scheme comprised of plots in three blocks Type-A, Type-B and Type-C. The Type-A block includes 70 plots, Type-B block includes 108 and remaining 77 plots are available in Type-C block.

Plot under the scheme are available at three different rates:
Rs. 9,500/- per square meter on 30 feet wide road
Rs. 14,300/- per square meter on 60 feet wide road
Rs. 17,600/- per square meter on 60 feet wide road
How to Apply: Application for the allotment of plots under KDA Highway City Yojna are being offered through offline mode of registration and brochure along with application form can be purchased from Bank of Baroda, Kanpur Nagar by paying Rs. 1000/- + 5% VAT. It can also be downloaded from the official website of KDA. In case of downloading, the cost of applications form to be submitted along with registration amount.
The registration amount to be submitted in the following branches of Bank of Baroda, Kanpur Nagar:
Patel Nagar, Shyam Nagar, Jagaipurva, Ratanlal Nagar, Rawatpur, Burra Bypass, Kartolink Branch, Yashoda Nagar, Akbarpur, Rooma bank branches, Allahabad main branch and Fatehpur main branch till 7 January 2016.
