On the occasion of Diwali, Kanpur Development Authority has launched a new housing scheme 2016 for the allotment of residential plots. The scheme is named as KDA Kalpi Nagar Yojana and the scheme is located at Kalpi Nagar. In this scheme, the authority has offering 358 residential plots for all segments of the society.

The scheme comprises of five types of residential plots including Type-A, Type-B, Type-C, Type-D and Type-E. These residential plots are available in the sizes of 162.00 square meter, 112.50 square meter, 72.00 square meter 50.00 square meter and 30.00 square meter for Type-A, Type-B, Type-C, Type-D and Type-E respectively.

How to Apply:
Registration process of these plots will start from 4 November 2016 and the last date of application submission is 20 November 2016. Registration booklet is available in the bank branches of HDFC banks in Kanpur which can be purchased by paying cost of it.
Dully completed application form to be submitted in the same bank branches along with registration amount which to be submitted in the form of bank draft. The application form to be submitted on or before the last date of application submission which is 20 November 2016.
