On the occasion of Diwali, Kanpur Development Authority has launched a new housing scheme named as KDA Residency “O-Block, Kidwai Nagar” Yojana 2016. In this scheme, the authority invites application for the allotment of flats 2BHK+Study room flats which are available in six floor building.

It is a new housing scheme 2016 of KDA Kanpur offering 132 flats for allotment. These flats are available in two super area: 125.26 square meter and 88.88 square meter. The estimated cost of flats ranges from Rs. 26,21,000/- to Rs. 45,20,500/-. These flats area available at 10% registration amount of estimated cost.

How to Apply
Registration for KDA new flat scheme 2016 will start from 28 October 2016 and application form for registration can be obtained from Axis Bank branches at the cost of Rs. 1,575/- (VAT Inclusion). Dully completed application form be submitted in the bank branches along with registration amount.
