The residents of Kanpur area will soon get a new housing scheme with 689 residential plots. Kanpur Development Authority is planning to launch new residential plot scheme 2016 at Jawaharpuram for the allotment of 689 plots.

According to the source, KDA Jawaharpuram Yojana will come with 689 plots over an area of 17 hectare. The scheme is located in Sector-8 & 10 Jawaharpuram, Kanpur. Under the scheme three types of residential plots will be available for allotment including 200 square meter, 112 square meter and 60 square meter sizes.

Under the scheme majority of 308 plots will be of 60 square meter size followed by 112 square meter and 200 square meter size plots.
Around 14 crore will be spend by the authority on the development work of Jawahpuram Yojana. The authority will provide water, road and street light facility.
According to the source, the layout plan and the documentation process of the scheme has been completed. Besides, the authority has also created the blue print for the land acquired in Sector-10 and 12 Jawaharpuram for new housing scheme.
The source said that the authority will get a profit of 150 crore from the scheme. The applications for KDA New Residential Plot Scheme 2016 at Jawaharpuran will be rolled out in the start of April so that the scheme is fully completed in all respects.
500 Flats in Kidwai Nagar:
The authority has also planning to construct 500 flats in O-Block, Sabjimandi Kidwai Nagar. IN the area the authority has around 10,000 square meter on which the authority is planning to construct 500 units of 2BHK flats for different segments and the scheme will be launched in the month of April.
