Mandakini Enclave Shatabdi Nagar Awasiya Yojana:
Kanpur Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of 284 residential plot in its new plot scheme 2016 at Vikray Zone-2. It is a new lottery of KDA for the allotment of residential plots in KDA Mandakini Enclave Shatabdi Nagar Awasiya Yojana. The registration for the scheme has been started from 28 January 2016.

Under Mandakini Enclave residential plot scheme, total 284 plots are available for registration. Of total, majority of 174 plots are available for medium income group of the society while remaining 110 plots are available for lower income group of the society. The MIG plot is available in the size of 112.50 square meter while while the size of LIG plot is 50.00 square meter.
Residential plot under Mandakini Enclave Shatabdi Nagar Awasiya Yojana are available at the rate of Rs. 18,150/- per square meter. The registration amount for MIG unit is Rs. 2,04,200/- while for LIG unit it is Rs. 90,800/-.

How to Apply:
The applications for the allotment of residential plot has been started from 28 January 2016 to 15 February 2016. For registration, application form can be purchased from Axis Bank branches by paying the cost of application form. The cost of applications form for LIG and MIG is Rs. 1,000+50 and Rs. 500+25
