On the eve of Holi, Lucknow Development Authority has come up with LDA new flat scheme 2016 for the allotment of 171 flats in Purwa Apartments at Sector-H Kanpur Road Yojana, Falguni Apartments at Sector-P, Mansarovar, Kanpur Road & Aardra Apartments near Ramabai Place, Radhakhand (Sharda Nagar).
Flats in Purwa, Falguni and Aardra Apartments are available under LDA new housing scheme 2016. Applications are being offered by the authority through offline mode of registration for the allotment of flats in the scheme from. Th registration for the scheme will rolled out from 21 March 2016.
Of 171, majority of 78 flats in the scheme are available in Purwa Apartment; 51 flats are located in Aardra Apartment and remaining 42 are included in Falguni Apartments. Purwa Apartment comprises of 1BHK flats while in Aardra & Falguni consisting of 2BHK flats.

How to Apply:
Registration for the scheme will start from 21 March 2016 and will be opened till 20 April 2016. In the registration period, application form can be purchased from the authorized bank branches by paying Rs. 525/- as a cost of application form. Dully filled application form to be submitted in the same bank branches along with the registration amount.
Application can also be downloaded from the official website of LDA Lucknow and the applicant who will download the application form from the website have to submit the cost of application form at the the time of submission.
