Lucknow Development Authority has extended the the opportunity to buy a flat in Saryu Apartments under Gomti Nagar Housing Scheme 2015. The last date of registration of flat under Gomti Nagar Housing Scheme has been extended from 15 October 2015 to 30 October 2015. Now the applicant can registration for flat in Saryu Apartment till 30 October 2015.
Under the scheme, the authority has offering 186 units of 3BHK and 4BHK apartments. And total 6 type of apartments are available for registration which are all 3BHK and 4BHK. These type are:
Type-A 3BHK
Type-B 3BHK
Type-C 3BHK + Servant Room
Type-D 4BHK
Type-F 4BHK + Servant Room
Type-G 4BHK + Servant Room
